• I joined Drop in the Ocean as a volunteer on the Greek island of Chios and having seen the importance of the work being done on the island I went on to stay for 10 months.
• Shortly after joining I took on greater responsibility, leading a local team of up to 40 volunteers, providing three meals a day for over 1000 refugees residing in Souda Refugee Camp.
