This includes: people management, production, materials, SHEQA and maintenance, all in order to produce at minimal cost and to meet service level and quality requirements.Managing savory & Dressings factories whilst generating optimal use of resources, to provide the products with the needed quality, quantity and to meet schedule, according to approved marketing plan whilst assuring safety and environment all intact.Leading processes and investments that will improve availability and quality of products while assuring maximum safe environment for the production employees.Leading WCM activities in his factories and in Haifa site in general according to the pillar he is a member of.Size & Scope (Resources Managed, Sphere of Influence by Business Area / Function) Around 120 employees. Budget of around 30-40 K. Yearly financial volume (sales value)KPIs & KAIs:Zero safety incidents, zero A,B,C incidents (quality), annual budget compliance, Savings plan target – cost reduction, CCFOT, DBNR, OEE, RM&PM waste, CCPMU, Moral - % of absenteeism.

People management: • Leading and managing maintenance team 20 mechanics +1 electrical technician. • Responsible for the development, training and coaching of the Maintenance team. • Schedule work orders and manage daily work assignments in an effort to minimize any downtime and maximize productivity. • Communicate KPI’s from the strategic annual plan and implant to the employees so that each eployee is aware.Budget control: • Maintains P&L responsibility over maintenance cost centers, repair and maintenance,maintenance labor, utilities and capital improvement plans. • Prepare the annual maintenance budget and forecasts and all capital expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with the company standards and regulation. General and Task Management: • Planning and creating maintenance plan for electrical/mechanical/Hvac equipment etc… • Implementing and execute predicting and preventive maintenance. • Develop a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) - specialization in extruders, winding machines, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, pneumatic systems, steam superheater, complex automation combine electrical and control systems. • Working with ERP-SAP system-building maintenance plan, schedule, plan strategy, managing stock Inventory level. • Small improvement projects according to Lean and 5S methodology. • Facing with technical problems and negotiation with local, overseas supplier and engineers to give the adequate solution. • Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet company requirements and standards. • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility. • Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting. • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
