It included the implementation of a new core banking system (Finacle) and major changes to the digital front door (Backbase).• MyClient CRM On Demand Enhancements (~$8m) – successfully managed multiple upgrades and enhancements to the WIB Client Relationship Management platform (Oracle CRM OD).• DealPoint Upgrade (~$5m) – successfully managed a major upgrade to the WIB lending and leasing pricing application.• LoanIQ Upgrade (~$10m) – successfully managed the initiate phase for a major upgrade to the WIB Corporate Lending platform.• Quickservice Enhancements (~$2m) – successfully managed the implementation of business prioritised enhancements to the WIB customer service workflow solution.• Corporate Institutional Bank (CIB) & Global Transactional Services (GTS) Continuous Improvement (~$2m p.a.) – successfully managed multiple minor improvements to the CIB & GTS systems. -
