• Project Neo (~$100m) – successfully led the delivery of a personal advice referral solution following the sale/exit of BT personal advice. This meant Westpac/BT clients could continue to be referred for personal financial advice upon the sale of BT Financial Advice to Viridian.• Ongoing Advice Service (OAS) Remediation Program (~$200m) – conducted a strategic review of the underperforming program. Recommended structural and governance changes were adopted and significantly improved the project delivery status. Managed the initial delivery of the BT Group Licensee OAS Remediation project.• Digital Institutional Bank (DIB) Project (~$50m) – successfully led the foundational delivery and subsequent release. This project provided an innovative cash and liquidity management solution for Westpac corporate clients. It included the implementation of a new core banking system (Finacle) and major changes to the digital front door (Backbase).• MyClient CRM On Demand Enhancements (~$8m) – successfully managed multiple upgrades and enhancements to the WIB Client Relationship Management platform (Oracle CRM OD).• DealPoint Upgrade (~$5m) – successfully managed a major upgrade to the WIB lending and leasing pricing application.• LoanIQ Upgrade (~$10m) – successfully managed the initiate phase for a major upgrade to the WIB Corporate Lending platform.• Quickservice Enhancements (~$2m) – successfully managed the implementation of business prioritised enhancements to the WIB customer service workflow solution.• Corporate Institutional Bank (CIB) & Global Transactional Services (GTS) Continuous Improvement (~$2m p.a.) – successfully managed multiple minor improvements to the CIB & GTS systems.

• MIDAS NYLON Project (~$9m) – successfully managed the implementation of the LoanIQ, Murex and Oracle MRC GL systems (and decommissioning of old MIDAS platform) in London and New York.
