About Tom Collins

I am passionate about the potential of fundamental scientific research to improve all of our lives; I have spent my whole career either engaged in or supporting excellent research. In my current role, I work on key partnerships for Wellcome such as our relationship with the Structural Genomics Consortium (a public-private partnership comprising nine of the largest pharmaceutical companies and a range of public funders) and Diamond Light Source.
