• Manage and Oversee daily Construction activities for ASG C&E including – Site Surveys, Vendor Bid Walks, Customer Interface with Venue Engineering Teams at each DAS Venue, Financial Tracking, Site Construction Implementation, DAS Commissioning and Troubleshooting, Daily C&E Administrative Functions, Project Management and Project Closeout for Large DAS / Base Station Venues for the AT&T NFL Market. • Coordinate funding for In-Building DAS Projects and Manage Venue / In-Building DAS Capital Budget from project start to finish.• Conduct Compliance Site Audits during and after Construction complete to ensure AT&T Standards/Practices have been followed thru the Construction Phase. • Collaborate daily with ASG RF, Local Market RF RAN Teams and AT&T Operations to ensure all DAS Systems are fully functional, Alarmed and Monitored and AT&T KPI’s are achieved during DAS System turn up / Integration.• Manage and oversee DAS/BTS Installation Contractors to ensure all Equipment Designs are deployed per System Design and are integrated per AT&T NFL Best Practices for Build Quality, Capacity, Call Quality, and Data Thru put CQI Metrics.

• Manage and oversee daily business activities for AT&T RF Design, Implementation, and Optimization for all Large DAS / BTS Venues for the NFL Market. • Coordinate funding for all In-Building DAS Projects and manage annual Venue / In-Building DAS Capital Budget.• Responsible for all Phase-1 and Phase-2 Large DAS Venue System Designs and coordinate with National RAN Team to acquire funding for all Large DAS Projects. • Coordinate annual maintenance for all NFL DAS / BTS Systems and ensure all systems are 100% operational 24/7.• Manage and oversee RAN BTS Installation Contractors to ensure all 2G, 3G, 4G LTE Equipment Designs are deployed per System Design and are integrated per AT&T NFL Best Practices for Capacity, Call Quality, and Data Thru put CQI Metrics. • Perform Customer Site RF Surveys for all NFL DAS Venue Projects to ensure Coverage / Capacity requirements are achieved and coordinate all deployment logistics with our customers / Lees or’s. • Ensure all Critical 2G, 3G, 4G LTE Voice and Data KPI’s are achieved after all DAS / Venue Systems are Deployed and Integrated. Deployed 3G technologies on 230 sites in the ODM market• Coordinate Special Event / Venue COLT and Micro-Cell Deployments for NFL Market. Ensure deployment timelines are achieved and Capacity Requirements are met.

• Oversee daily business activities managing TDMA, GSM, UMTS Wireless Networks, yearly expense budgets, Manage a Team of RF Engineers, achieving internal customer’s expectations and external customer’s experiences.• Coordinated efforts from each functional area during Hurricane recovery efforts in Orlando, Daytona, Melbourne, Gainesville and Ocala markets during 4- Hurricane Recovery Events.• Coordinated efforts for RF Team, Nokia Contractors, Bechtel Contractors and completed project management of GSM, UMTS, LTE Network RF Overlays in Orlando, Daytona, Melbourne, Gainesville and Ocala markets during Genesis conversion project while maintaining customer base and quality of service on current Wireless Network.• Managed people and resources through integration of two Wireless Companies (Cingular Wireless – AT&T Wireless) to create one cohesive team with minimal lose of resources and increased moral of team members during the network organizational re-alignment.• After Cingular Wireless purchased AT&T Wireless and all of its network assets, I was responsible for Managing the Integration and Optimization of the 2 - Central, FL TDMA and GSM Networks to one seamless network that supported the combined traffic load, with improved call quality, capacity, and overall network performance. • Deployed 3G and 4G LTE Technologies on 230 plus sites in the Orlando, Daytona, Melbourne Markets

• Responsible for vender management of a new TDMA network through testing infrastructure quality, providing input and training during the development process and addressing global market issues.• Develop models that guide strategic decisions made by the corporation to support market deployment of technologies.• I was assigned as acting Manager of RF Engineering for Central Florida, Gainesville and Ocala during my last 15 months as an RF Engineer IV. I provided guidance during this timeframe to 5- RF Engineers and was tasked with the Ericsson TDMA Network Upgrade - Deployment for Orlando, Daytona, Melbourne, Gainesville and Ocala Florida Markets to ensure network quality was maintained during this transition.

• Responsible for all aspects of RF System Design, Performance and Troubleshooting. • As a Design / Performance Engineer I was responsible for ensuring all new site integrations timelines were achieved and performance was optimal. Frequency planning, Design, FCC / FAA compliance and traffic load balancing was also included with my responsibilities. • Familiar with all aspects of RF Design and Performance of In-Building Wireless Systems and provided solutions to large corporate customers that encountered any type of network related issue on in-building performance. • Responsible for resolving network related issues to a large customer base of corporate accounts in Orlando, Daytona and Melbourne markets. This included meeting with and addressing all corporate customer network problems until resolution was achieved.

• Responsible for RF System Performance and Optimization for a 7- County cellular coverage area. Weekly activities would include RF Design, frequency planning, in-building wireless applications, analyzing drive test data and working with field operations to troubleshoot and resolve all customer affecting issues. • Responsible for new cell site designs, turn up and optimization as well as working with our traffic engineer to optimize voice channel congestion.• Responsible for supervision of 3- RF Engineers ensuring timelines were achieved on all FCC / FAA filings. • Responsible for microwave frequency coordination and survey and overseeing the Cellular / Microwave FCC filing process. • Provided troubleshooting and recommendations to BellSouth Mobility HQ on some of the first Voice Data Collection Units deployed at BellSouth Mobility such as LCC CelluMate, LCC R-SAT, and Comarco Wireless Technologies. This included working directly with the vendors to ensure equipment stability, usability, and accuracy per BellSouth HQ Guidelines were enforced and achieved.

• Responsible for traffic engineering and all FCC / FAA compliance issues for a seven county cellular network. • Weekly activities would include analyzing and trending weekly traffic data, tracking and filing all FAA determinations, filing all cellular and microwave documents with the FCC, and developed procedures for completing cellular license renewals. • Also responsible for assisting performance engineer with all new cell site activations and system optimization.

• Responsible for technical training for a large network of authorized service centers and agents in North and Central Florida .Weekly activities would include monthly compliance inspections of all BellSouth Mobility authorized service centers and conducting CPE training seminars for a large network of BellSouth Mobility Authorized Agents. • Coordinated all vendor CPE manufacture technical training seminars and support for all authorized service centers and agents. • Responsible for setting up and certifying all authorized service centers in North and Central Florida.

• Responsible for managing a team of CPE technicians and installers and implementing all procedures for CPE inventory tracking for the first BellSouth Mobility owned authorized service facility in North and Central Florida. • Weekly activities would include tracking all CPE repairs and installations, training for all service center personnel, provide on-site technical support for corporate accounts, working directly with field operations to solve network customer complaints. • Managed and tracked a large inventory of CPE and accessories for our sales department. • Prepared yearly expense and capital budget data for the service facility.
