I am currently responsible for the oversight of operational risk supporting the retail and business banking area, specifically personal and business current accounts, savings and UPLs. I support the business with management of operational risk events, governance around new and existing products and services, and risk and control self assessment.

My position as Store Manager at Body Limits Transition involved driving sales and maintaining excellent customer service within a friendly retail environment. Main responsibilities included opening and closing of the store, including cashing up and control of the accounts for the company. Further to this, I controlled stock management, fulfilled orders for customers, fully merchandised the shop floor, and assisted with the buying for new seasons. I have developed close bonds with suppliers and sports brands, which have allowed me to gain a better understanding of consumer needs, and this experience put me in a good position going forward in the industry.

My position for Sweatshop over the best part of 9 years saw me deliver consistently excellent customer service in a highly successful running retail company. Main responsibilities included merchandising, stock management, customer service on the shop floor, and driving sales.Proven track record for exceptional service, with multiple written and verbal recommendations from customers. Help organise and promote the original SRC (Sweatshop Running Club) - this helped promote the local running scene and extend the number of people running in Milton Keynes.

Helped London Marathon Group in the set up for the Olympic Marathon in 2012, specifically for the branded toblerones on course which signalled mile markers and drinks stations. Went on to be a team leader for the 2013 London Marathon, in charge of a small 4 man team, organised and put into action the branding on sections of the course for some major sports and fitness brands.

I was a senior coach for athletics and cross-country in local primary schools in the South-West London area. Main responsibilities included taking control of approx 15-20 primary aged children in extra curricular activities, which helped develop fitness and activity levels. Delivering grassroot athletics programmes helped encourage participation and active lifestyles in young school children in the area.
