At a time where we had to significantly bring on a large majority of contract employees, Tom traveled to Georgia and helped organize, and facilitate our local job fair while managing the local agency relationship very professionally. In addition he physically reviewed all of the 300 applications and resumes and then very thoroughly organized the administration process, which enabled us to prioritize our interview strategy. Without Tom's assistance and drive, I have no doubt that the job fair and selection process would not have been successful. Tom is very professional and timely in his responsivness in problem resolution and his communication is very clear and thorough.
