I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training currently working as the Academy Psychologist at Nottingham Forest FC. I work closely with the multidisciplinary team to continue developing and delivering a high-performance environment by implementing a unique psychological syllabus, player and staff workshops, and individualised consultancy. Responsible for nurturing and developing staff and players, I optimise Spotlight Profiling to facilitate staff growth, department performances and cultural alignment. This requires my work to take place across all departments within the academy, assisting working relationships and understanding how we can get teams and individuals working functionally at the speed the football world demands.Working across all departments provides me the opportunity to work with all age groups from U9s to U21s, assisting in the onboarding of new players and staff, and sculpting their talent-development environment. All the way through to facilitating difficult conversations for player transitions away from the academy, supported by my experience within football deselection research and coping with transitions.
