Responsible for Facility Maintenance, boiler, refrigeration, and all MEP.Capital planning, and purchasing.Networking and communications.Maintenance of all production equipment: Maurer ovens, and drying rooms, grinding, stuffing, high-speed slicing, and packaging equipment.Implemented and maintain safety and security programs.

Responsible for supervising the Maintenance Department activities. This includes direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisors, and Technicians along with managing process improvements, capital projects, building and grounds maintenance and the site’s ammonia refrigeration system.
