Due to my wealth of knowledge i have progressed to the homemove department which involves billing customers… Show more As a motivated member of staff working under Flow Energy I have managed to accomplish many things such as ensuring workloads are managed and accomplished to a high standard. Working at Flow I have been involved in various changes internally and externally to expand the business needs.Starting off in customer services I had proved my key eye to detail in a fast paced environment. Due to my wealth of knowledge i have progressed to the homemove department which involves billing customers accounts, retaining the customers who had vacated the property, maintaining the teams service level agreements, complaints escalation handler whilst continuing to self develop.I am very proud with the progression I have made. I have also manage spreadsheets and even create spreadsheets to suit the teams and business needs. This has also improved the timescale in the department where the timescale has reduced to 24 hours from 4-6weeks. The result from this is that customer retention is maintained and customer service is also provided to the highest quality. Show less
