Engaged with international governments on major inward investment programmes.

Led roll-out of key Government policy initiative Transforming Government Procurement to senior Whitehall stakeholders and external audiences. ◼️ Leriba Consulting: collaborated with this UK-based pan-African management consultancy firm specialising in Africa’s political economy to implement design and specification of a communications function for the African Development Bank. Promoted stakeholder engagement across main aid and development financial institution for the continent. ◼️ Department for Education: led strategic communications advisory on behaviour and attendance policy, overseeing development and implementation of key government schools’ policies. ◼️ London Borough of Havering: engaged as stakeholder and communications work stream lead. Played a pivotal role in a PRINCE2 project to reform pay and conditions structure for c. 5000 staff. Temporarily led Council’s communications department during Director’s extended leave of absence.
