I am a 3rd year student at Deakin University studying a bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science.I am an energetic yet down to earth guy who has a passion for helping people get stronger, faster, move and feel better to accelerate them towards their goals in becoming an resilient athlete.I've completed 5 years of military service in the Australian army as a cavalryman. My primary role was to command and drive armoured vehicles in a tactical environment.I worked apart of and commanded small groups of soldiers as apart of a larger organisation.I'm a highly adaptable individual, capable of working independently and apart of a team.I have a high attention to detail and a love for solving problems.Communicating clearly has always been of paramount importance considering my previous employment.I've always thrived in a team environment and in exercise. I've always been drawn to resistance training and athletic performance, with a keen eye in biomechanics. Always providing athletes I coach with the opportunity to learn, granting them a better understanding of why something is being undertaken.My primary coaching experience has been with military personnel and young athletes aged 12-18 with the goal of improving performance or returning to sport.
