I have been a central player in growing Sinemaster Ltd and subsequently LKQ, from a £5M turnover business with three branches to the UK's largest automotive refinish supplier with a turnover of £150M and 25 branches. I am adept in introducing and managing change as part of working hands-on in fast paced distribution centres and have successfully sourced, implemented and embedded numerous new IT commercial systems. Working directly with company directors to define and shape strategies for growth, I thrive on seeing businesses progress.
