Following the acquisition of Sinemaster Ltd by LKQ Corp (Euro Car Parts) my employment was transferred to LKQ Coatings, the newly formed Automotive Refinish division of ECP.Role Description:- Overseeing the management of multiple branches across N. England, Scotland and N. Ireland.- Monitoring branch performance including KPIs and sales budgets.- Standardising working practices and branch procedures across the group.- Implementing new procedures in line with the company strategy.- Supporting both branch management and sales team and directly reporting into the board of directors.As part of this role I have played a leading role in the implementation of a new core IT system provided by Kerridge Commercial Systems. This required the development of successful relationships with key personnel, customers and suppliers. In addition I was part of the team tasked with setting up a national distribution centre serving 27 branches.

In 2012 I extended my previous role as a key part of the Operations Department to support the commercial and sales teams to grow the business.Role Description:- Providing continued support to the branch network in terms of stock control, procedures, procurement and HR.- Overseeing all IT functions for the business.- Assisted in growing the branch network to ten branches, including the company's first branch in Scotland, taking turnover to over £25M.- Developing and producing reports to customers to enhance relationships.

Following the considerable growth of the business from three to seven branches I acquired the post of group relief manager. My role included supporting the existing branches whilst assisting in the setup of new branches. in 2011 I project managed a new IT platform into the business alongside the provider MAM Software. My role was to implement, test and support the role out of the system company wide.Role Description:- Provided branch management cover.- Key role in the implementation and development of new branches. - Building relationships with the newly acquired branch teams.- Growing new and existing customer relationships alongside the sales team.

I successfully gained the role as Assistant Branch Manager for a sub-company of Sinemaster Ltd based in Sheffield.Role Description:- Managing the daily operations of the branch.- Overseeing the branch delivery and warehouse team.- Controlling stock and procurement.- Customer service role both face to face and telesales.

I joined Sinemaster Ltd in 2002 on a part time basis whilst completing a BA Business and Finance degree.
