Serving as an Executive Manager and Chief Engineer at Amangani Resort, a luxury level property, maintaining the building inside and out requires a much higher level of attention to detail. Procurement of contractors to complete various capital improvement projects, identifying and implementing short and long term capital improvements and preventative maintenance programs.
