We are an Aerospace and Industrial company that designs and delivers energy control solutions our partners count on to power a clean future. The company was founded on strong technology, and we continue to lead with very innovative products. I spend a lot of time traveling into our various businesses meeting with customers, suppliers, and our internal teams. Woodward has a great culture, with good people, who share a strong work ethic. Our technical differentiation helps solve difficult customer problems in a cost effective and very reliable way, while allowing us to provide a strong return for our shareholders. Building a talented, deep team is a particular passion for me as I think it is one of the most critical elements to building a sustained great business. Much of my career was spent in operations, and I still love spending time on our plant floors and driving change and improvement. It is amazing to see the transformation a strong plant leadership team can drive in a relatively short period of time. From a personal standpoint I grew up on a small farm in Wisconsin and that background and heritage is still a key part of my drive today. I am married to a wonderful wife and have two great kids. Golf is a passion for me along with anything that involves extended time outdoors.
