After 2 years on site, we actually reached 17% reduction. Helped write new lighting and HVAC standards. Assisted project managers with project scopes to help achieve energy and sustainability goals.

Managed the capital reserve process and projects for buildings and grounds. Projects included all aspects of building maintenance needs from Major HVAC upgrades, to new roofs, security systems, and carpet replacements. Helped write sustainability standards. Reviewed designs for new construction. Managed energy usage and reduction efforts, providing a 12% decrease over 5 years.
