Tom Csatari built a strong reputation, based on years of experience and depth of practice, in estate planning and probate administration, health law and corporate and commercial law. For the past fifteen years, Tom focused his practice mainly in the area of trust and estate planning. He advised clients on a wide variety of estate planning tools, including traditional A/B trust tax savings strategies, dynasty trusts, charitable remainder unitrusts, qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and family limited liability companies. In addition, he had substantial involvement in complex probate administration and, when needed, related litigation.
