I am currently a senior project manager for a mid-sized construction management / general contracting firm in New York City. I am responsible for project completion, client interaction and budget management. My daily activities include maintaining the project schedule, managing the client experience, coordinating changes with the design professionals (architect, engineer and designer) and overseeing the project budget to ensure job profitability. Previously I was the owner and president of TMC Development Corp. from 2002-2013. I successfully managed the construction of over 30 custom luxury homes as well as numerous large & small scale renovations projects. I specialized in kitchen and bath remodeling, additions, whole house remodeling, insurance restoration work, finished basements and custom cabinetry. I was the primary client contact and responsible for all project completion and satisfaction.Prior to owning my own business, I worked for 7 years at Citibank in New York City. I began as a commercial banking representative and was promoted multiple times during my tenure. I was promoted to Vice President within 5 years and won multiple sales and relationship management awards. My main responsibilities were establishing new banking relationships and expanding existing client profiles into lending and investments. I earned my Series 7 & 63 investment licenses as well as my NYS life and health insurance licenses.
