For the past several years I have worked across a broad spectrum of industries and technologies. Some of my recent projects have been very cool, challenging, and fun:: (Pix included)- Developing robotic platforms for discrete manufacturing operations- Built and installed factory automation (custom equipment, sensors, and controls) to mix, dispense, and bottle hand sanitizer(s)) during the pandemic (Oklahoma)- Gained some hands-on experience working in the Permian Basin (West Texas), and New Mexico, on Oil/Gas drilling pads to install and configure custom equipment and sensors in down-well high-pressure frac injection systems- Designed/fabricated/installed Custom Automated HF Acid Etch System for Fiber Optic processing- Designed/fabricated/installed State-of-Art Cleanroom for Laser Manufacturing Operation

Worked on a wide variety of R&D programs under many SBIR contracts with different government agencies. Authored several winning proposals, and was the PI for Phase I and Phase II programs. Provided engineering support for the integration of manufacturing operations and production of a variety of electro-optical IR sensors (both NIR and Mid-wave).Designed an built several cleanroom facilities, including the construction and operation of a NanoFab, a variety of wet-chem labs, and managed the construction/renovation of a 90Ksqft facility.It was an Awesome work environment: Fast-paced, goal-oriented, with a leading edge R&D focus.
