Life has afforded me the opportunity to learn and experience a vast array of technologies and processes. Leveraging my semiconductor/thin film/sensor background, I have moved products from R&D thru prototype, and into full-scale manufacturing. Along the way I have designed and built machines, deposition systems, facilities, devices, and developed manufacturing processes. I've designed and fabricated hardware and written software for equipment automation, built a wide variety of custom systems, worked with any every type of material deposition and removal tech (PVD, Sputter, E-beam, Ion-beam assist, Reactive-Ion etch, etc.).Lately, projects have taken me into back into manufacturing, building robots, automating processes, installing custom sensor configurations, and working out in the field. Working in the Oil/Gas industry, and on-site at a number of fracking sites, taught me a few things about how difficult and dangerous that work can be and the importance of teamwork.Always looking for a challenge, and the opportunity to work on creative and innovative technologies and projects - I have had the pleasure of working with some fantastic people, solve some complex problems, take things from an idea to a reality, and have a whole lot of fun! And that's the way it should be.
