Underwriting Bridging finance/Development Loans against residential and commercial properties in England and Wales. My aim is to understand the client’s needs and requirements at the outset of any loan application, be it via a broker or directly with a borrower. In doing so this enables me to manage expectations from the beginning and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The blue sky scenario is fast, efficient, hassle free funding. Unfortunately this isn’t always the case and there are sometimes unforeseen hurdles. My underwriting skills, housing market knowledge and understanding of property enables me to provide the most appropriate advice based on the options available. I regularly engage with experienced and knowledgeable solicitors and valuers thus enabling fast efficient funding.Furthermore I am experienced in large corporate credit facilities as a agent and bilaterally as a lender with Merrill Lynch. I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
