Develop and put content in a Learning Management System. Add the body of app notes and MicroLessons developed by my team to the LMS. Mentor The RF Applications team to help young engineers grow and help experienced engineers solve issues. These issues I coached on included technical issue, customer relations, presentation strategy, priority calls, etc.

Manage a team of 6-16 engineers working on multiple projects for multiple customers. In this role from 2002 to 2023. This time period I remained in the same position with the same team under a few company names, LTX, LTX-Credence, Xcerra and Cohu.Conducted weekly and day to day customer meetings and project tracking meetings.Proposed and planned projects of all types.Managed the team in both technical and human aspects.Project size varied from large turnkey test solutions to small added tests or debugging. Turnkey Projects take 6 months and include analysis, design of tests, software and PCB hardware, development of the PCB and test software, debug of the solution and final correlation of test results.Smaller customer projects can be any subset of a turnkey. Managed Engineering Support projects such as Alpha test for new instruments, characterization of RF instrument performance and duplicating bug and issues in existing instruments.
