I began work at A W Hutchinson & Associates shortly after 'Chip' Hutchinson started the company, primarily as a Mechanical/Waste Water and Water Treatment Construction Expert. My expertise in Infrastructure Treatment construction was based on nearly twenty years of hands on construction experience with two contractors who specialized in waste treatment and water purification facilities. I started with C&C Construction in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, who in over 20 years of business, successfully completed more process facilities than any contractor of their era. I worked as a project engineer, scheduler, superintendent and project manager on nearly 20 independent projects. In the 1970's I moved to Georgia and worked for Ruby Collins as Mechanical Project Manager on the Chatahoochee Waste Treatment Facility in Cobb Co. GA. At the time one of the most advanced treatment facilities in the south involving primary, intermediary, secondary, chemical, sludge removal, incineration treatment and peak shaving power generation systems. And, after 20 years of construction I put my overall construction knowledge to work forming Curtis Construction Management Services' as s consultancy ultimately joining forces with A W Hutchison & Associates.
