The Donor Relations Officer role is the intermediary between the public and MTM home office location. Responsibilities include:* managed 125 to 150 donor relationships, including corporate, community and ecumenical and individuals donors. * Cultivated relationships through personal liaison, providing written materials, * Conducted offsite informative MTM updates and Q&A sessions with various public and private organizations and individual donors * resulting in over 30% increase in major donor retention, reactivation, volunteer engagement, gift-in-kind receipts, and fulfillment. * Maintained donor relationship records in the "Raiser's Edge"​ records management system.* Created standard operating procedure for the Donor Relation Officer role* Achieved maximum capacity of invitees to attend MTM "President's Luncheon and Facility tours"​. * Facilitated Capital Campaign fund development for a new Women's Shelter, Library, Food Pantry, and Community Center.* Donor cultivation activities resulted in MTM receiving the first $1,000,000 bequest gift, <$175,000 in corporate gifts, and increased individual giving by 10%, resulting in a budget surplus as of 2014 year end.
