Getting new business (Attractions and In Stay Services) ready to scale into existing Commercial Operations organizations + advisory project to align vision & strategy for commercial ops on leadership level .* Creation of a new sales channel to push existing products to market and test new ones on ROI. Scope: Multiple hubs worldwide. (Team of 4 direct reports)

Process optimization. Goal: Optimize new partnerships & onboarding processs. Leading (team of 2 direct reports) Result: improved partner experience & reliable supply faster live on Booking.com platform. * Reducing process time (register to live) from several weeks to 24hrs. * Reducing headcount* Implement new workload distribution tooling for special edge cases * Improving data transparency, enabling adequate actionable reporting.

Managing Integration program. Integrating new partnerships operational activities into accommodation services. Part of Customer Services. (+/- 230 FTE “opening centers”)
