Supervise, direct, skilled trades in a 1M sq ft multi function Facility with Manufacuring, R&D and Office spaces. Schedule manpower, develop estimates for projects, coordinate construction activities. Manage contracts for property maintenance, housekeeping, pest management. Coordinate activities with outside contractors as needed. Manage operating expenses to meet budget expectations, develop operating budgets, capital plans for facility improvements, manage and support capital improvement projects. Coordinate utility shutdowns with utility suppliers, contractors, internal customers, skilled trades. Perform goal setting, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, promotions as needed, interviews etc. Participate in audits with FDA, ISO, internal departments.

Perform maintenance and repairs on all facility HVAC/R equipment. Operate and maintain BAS System, pure water systems, vacuum systems, compressed air systems, chilled water plant, domestic water booster pumps, hot water systems. Repair, rebuild pumps, motors, control valves, operators on water and steam systems.
