Procurement of plant and personnel across various projects Successful management of the systems and processes required to ensure works are built to required quality specification, on time and within budget; Implementation of production systems and adherence to maintenance procedures to ensure reliable and productive operations; Establishment and maintenance of positive staff and client relationships; and Maintenance of a high level of professionalism, integrity and accountability

• Manage the day to day operations of the business• Procurement of plant and operators• All scheduled and unscheduled maintenance• Liaise with clients on their project requirements

Manage all aspects of the construction of the pipe-work from site establishment through to pipeline reinstatement.• Procurement of plant and personnel across various projects• Manage 2 pipe crews of up to 20 personnel in often very challenging conditions• Work closely with principal contractors and clients to maintain existing relationships• Ensure safety of people and property • Manage productivity of crews• Proactively resolve people issues • Ensure systems and processes are followed to ensure safety and quality of workmanship and to ensure works are built to required quality specification

• Supervision of teams ranging from 4 -30 depending on job specific requirements

Certificate IV Civil Construction Supervision 2014 Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety 2013 Cert IV Training and Assessment.
