D’Amore Law Group is dedicated to asserting the rights of clients who have been seriously injured by the negligence and intentional conduct of individual and corporate wrongdoers. The firm handles a wide variety of cases, primarily catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and automobile and trucking accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, nursing home negligence, construction accidents and job site injuries, class action suits and bad faith insurance practices.I was the 2010-11 President of Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), and currently serve on the Board of Governors. I am a long-time member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and have served the organization as Chair of the Audit Committee, and as Chair of the Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section. In addition, I am currently a member of AAJ’s Budget Committee. I am proud to be an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), a member of the esteemed American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and a board-certified civil trial advocate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy.Finally, I am married and the father of three children. I am a long-time member of the Board of Directors of Good Deeds, an organization that offers financial assistance to seriously injured persons and their families. As a board member for the Oregon Law Institute, I have the opportunity to train and educate lawyers. D’Amore Law Group also supports Public Justice, the Pound Civil Service Institute and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
