Company Initiatives - Worked with Senior Level Management to develop departmental budgets and revenue forecasting. Responsible for recruiting and development of the Data Center South Region team. Disaster Recovery - Worked with enterprise retail and healthcare customers to develop Disaster Recovery business and technical requirements to ensure 24x7x365 operations.Senior Data Center Network Engineer – Detailed Design and Implementation experience with the Cisco Nexus platform. Experience with Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000, and 2000 series to support Customer Disaster Recovery initiatives. Detailed experience with Cisco 3850X and 3750 series switches when deployed throughout distribution. Project Scoping and Development – Worked with Sales Team to develop and scope customer project requirements. Developed hardware Bill of Materials and Statement of Works with project implementation costs. Hospital Projects – Network and voice implementation for a new hospital in the Middle Tennessee area. Worked with Chief Information Officer to define network and voice infrastructure that would support a wide variety of healthcare applications. Radiology Projects - Worked directly with Chief Information Officers to ensure application host provider was providing network services to hospitals and its staff to allow remote reviewing of radiology scans. Worked with Call Center Supervisors and employees to meet overall requirements for maintaining and exceeding customer service level agreements and overall expectations.Senior Cisco Engineer – Detailed design of Cisco Unified Communications Solutions to provide voice, video, and collaboration. Planned and implemented various upgrades to existing core hardware to ensure minimum network downtime.
