Tom Daniel has lived in Middle Tennessee since 2013. Originally from the UK, Tom has extensive experience in client relations, business development, sales and customer service. His career started in the megayacht industry serving aboard M/Y Kismet. This position put him in front of high-end clientele and offered him travel and experiences in 12+ countries. He officially moved to the USA in 2013 and spent 8+ years working full time in the private summer camp industry. In November, 2021, Tom was hired as the Business Development Director at Circuitree, specializing in camp management software & engagement solutions. He has a large level of experience in sales, recruitment, organization, leadership, management, HR, and customer/staff retention. Tom obtained his degree in Sports and Exercise Science and has also completed a mini - MBA course from Belmont University in Nashville. He has his real estate license with Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty and has some real estate experience. He is also training to become a pilot and will have his Private Pilot's License by Spring 2023. In his free time, Tom works as Board Member/Vice President of Run2Revive - a charity he co-founded with a group of his friends. After losing his father to ALS, Tom wanted to help fund the fight and research into ALS and Alzheimer's. Run2Revive's mission is to inspire achievement beyond perceived limits, promote mind and body wellness, and fight Alzheimer’s and ALS.As part of his charity work, Tom organizes trips and challenges to help raise money and awareness, including leading an annual Grand Canyon Rim2Rim Crossing every September with more than 60 participants.A driven and dependable leader with a track record of hitting sales targets, optimizing team performance and a true passion for fully engaging customers and delivering exceptional value for the client.
