Inventory management, supporting Fulton County Schools 'Personalized Learning' initiative. This innovative program was created to address technology disparities within the school district, by establishing procedures to place individual computers into the hands of more than 80,000 students. These devices includes a combination of Microsoft Surface tables, Apple iPads, Dell laptops and Chromebooks.As a Hardware Support Specialist within this program, I worked directly with hardware vendors to manage the warranty repair processes. Additionally, I engineered software solutions to manage inventory tracking, user distribution reporting and parts management.

Campus Lead for this national studio, specializing in College and High School commencement photography.As Campus Lead, I served as the single point of contact for my partner institutions, working directly with Registrars, Admissions Officers and Graduation Coordinators prior to commencement day, to review logistics and ensure that the institutions’ expectations were clearly understood, in order to guarantee successful events.Additionally, I managed the scheduling of contract photographers and supervised their efforts while on-site at events.

Manager of Development – Billing Systems Conversions (2000 – 2002)Managed the software development efforts of a billing system conversion project for the nation’s largest provider of wireless services. This project was part of the company’s overall strategic initiative to consolidate 14 billing systems into a single-enterprise wide billing solution. The project resulted in the transition of 6 million customers and a cost savings of $20M. Developed schedules, budgets, cost estimates and staffing requirements. Built the corporate intranet website used to inform the business community during the conversion process. The site became an integral part of the conversion process by promoting better communication between all teams.Manager of Development & Support – E-Commerce (1999 – 2000)Built and led a new team of 40 developers and team leads responsible for programming regular enhancements and providing daily support for two major web-based initiatives. The first provided a way for potential customers to review and order wireless services and equipment over the internet. The second initiative allowed wholesale partners to access internal billing and provisioning platforms for account / subscriber maintenance through a web-based front end.Built a highly successful team of developers versed in such technologies as COBRA, JAVA, Javascript, C++, SWING, and ColdFusion. Led the development of an order-tracking system used by our internal Customer Care group to provide real-time tracking of orders in the system. This system was very well received and significantly improved the Customer Care group’s ability to satisfy external customer inquiries. Built an additional team to provide 24 hour technical support for our E-Commerce applications. Developed the Help Desk scripts that would be used to ensure the proper routing of calls, resulting in improved routing of inquiries and faster resolution of issues.
