Wasteless World is a non-profit social-environmental organization creating mindful solutions to wasteful situations. The two key projects include the development of a prototype waste management for underdeveloped or remote areas of the world that don't have a sustainable system in place for their waste. The second key project is focused on the control of the invasive lionfish problem in the Caribbean, by empowering indigenous fishermen with the education and tools they need to turn this problem into a livelihood that can support their communities and environment at the same time.

CITISOLAR is an Australian owned and operated supplier and installer of Solar Electricity Panels, Solar Hot Water Systems and Solar Air Conditioners.Although originally poached as a high end sales rep, I was asked if I could take on the management role of the Canberra office due to my previous management experience along with after high rolling the country consistently for 3 months strait.As the manager of the Canberra office I worked closely with head office in Brisbane, along with the electrical tradesman, insuring that production materials where ordered and installed in a timely, clean and professional manner.Along side of the production management it was my responsibility to open and close the office daily, quality and customer service control, training and managing the cold calling telemarketing team and setting the general work standards and environment.
