I would have to deliver food in a timely manner being courteous in my duties. I'd have to ensure that the customer was satisfied with their delivery. I even helped in house when needed serving drinks.

During my time at The Black Star, I would have to make drinks, take food orders, and tend to customers at tables with intense pressure due to how busy the pub was.I would also have to undertake general stock tacking duties and bookings of tables. I would have to ensure that the customer was treated with respect, allowing them to enjoy their experience there.

My administrative duties consisted of helping the main financial advisor for the company with their daily tasks alongside others.I would fill out fact finds of customers on the toolbox system and complete their compliance letters outlining mortgage details or protection plans.I would also have to complete filing and take phone calls from customers and assist in any way I could.

During my final year of university at Sheffield Hallam, I took a job at a nightclub in the city centre. I had to serve drinks constantly at a quick rate due to high customer demand. The shifts were extremely long, running from 8pm-7am. I even helped out selling tickets on the streets to try and entice people to attend the club.
