Tom Davis currently holds the position of Division Vice President at Finance of America Mortgage and is responsible for correspondent lending production in the West and Northeast. Extensively trained as a mortgage-industry professional, Tom has more than 15 years of experience helping lending partners with their correspondent and wholesale needs. Over his 15 year mortgage lending career, Tom has worked for FBR, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and now Finance of America Mortgage. Tom is a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of developing and growing both new and existing relationships. Tom is a product specialist, with experience in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo. Tom managed accounts delivering best efforts, single loan mandatory and bulk execution. In April 2014, Tom Davis joined PMAC Lending Services Inc. as Division Vice President. During his tenure at PMAC,he was intrinsically involved in building out a correspondent division. In the first year Tom added over 50 customers and exceeded all production goals. He build strong relationships with many partners and vendors. On August 1st 2015, PMAC Lending Services was acquired by Finance of America Mortgage a Blackstone Company. Tom is currently the Division VP or Correspondent Sales for Finance of America Mortgage. At Chase, Tom Davis was responsible for USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing production on the West Coast. Davis managed an 8 state territory and solicited bankers, mortgage bankers, and mortgage brokers to become Chase approved originators. He concentrated on helping customers to become USDA industry specialists and grew USDA production from 5 million per month to 80 million per month and attained a 55% market share. During his tenure at Chase, Davis purchased over $5 billion in USDA loans.
