Leads a multifunctional department responsible for strategy, development and implementation of services and programs that provide operational support to CVS' front store and pharmacy business.

Responsible for leading the conceptualization/business case, solution development, and implementation of retail and enterprise-wide pharmacy programs.

Responsible for managing day-to-day operational relationship between retail pharmacies and state/federal regulatory agencies.

Responsible for brand name pharmaceutical purchasing as well as the development and execution of patient care programs such as adherence and refill reminder programs.

Responsible for managing retail pharmacy billing/claims processing, and accounts receivable management for commercial and government payers.

Responsible for negotiating and maintaining network participation agreements between Brooks Pharmacy and managed care organizations, PBMs, commercial and government payers. Also responsible for leading company's government affairs program as well as overall responsibility for front store and pharmacy licensure.

Responsible for all aspects of community pharmacy practice.

Responsible for leading the law enforcement group responsible for all aspects of pharmacy / pharmacist / drug wholesaler licensure and discipline within the State of Rhode Island. Led the investigation and prosecution of violations of the RI Uniform Controlled Substances Act and related pharmacy laws.

Responsible for all aspects of community pharmacy practice.
