Coatall Films manufactures extrusion and water-based coated films for Thermal Lamination, Wet Lamination, Reflective Insulation and Pressure Sensitive Labelling applications. We use high quality BOPP, BOPET, BOPA and Acetate based films manufactured to our own formulations and specifications. Our technical know-how in films and process development together with very close collaboration with our suppliers, ensure that base films are produced to our exact requirements.In our thermal films portfolio, we provide a wide range of gloss and matte BOPP and BOPET films with stunning finishing options, ranging from radiant surfaces to eye-catching matte layers with silky or super soft feel. For the reflective insulation applications, we offer metallized BOPP and metallized BOPET films for lamination with expanded polystyrene foam or PE bubble sheets. In our wet lamination portfolio , we offer coated and uncoated glossy and matte BOPP films suitable for the most commonly used adhesive technologies.
