Redesigned the balance sheet build process, application of the perimeter / booking model through reconciling back to the whole commercial bank balance sheet. Led the initial scope and build of the European "Brexit" Balance Sheet, assessing viability and impact on both LB plc and LBCM. Modelling was used directly at board level for long term strategic decisions impacting the groups operations in Europe. Optimisation of LBCM, assessing the impact of RWA, new business and tail management on the balance sheet to track progress towards the PRA committed end state and finance targets. Co-lead of deal structuring oversight for returns management and capital efficiency, providing technical expertise at investment committees. Near-term tactical balance sheet forecasting to track performance to target, identifying budget for balance sheet deployment and quantifying impact of possible management options. Team lead in coaching analysts, associates and assoc. directors on returns based deal structuring, as well as providing technical expertise in niche product areas.
