Guide, advise and counsel siblings who pay absolutely no attention to what I tell them.

Guide and counsel director, DSS. Assist with personnel decisions. Suggest and write policies for DSS. Work within the community to promote DSS functions and purpose. Conducted year long management skills training program for first level supervisors. Co-founder of ACE (Agencies Coming Together), a coalition of schools and communities formed to help at risk students.

Teach all subjects to students in 6 through 12 grade assigned to Alternative Program. Assist other teachers in program with discipline issues, lesson plans, and other issues. Prepared education plans for all SPED students. Met with parents and local agencies on a regular basis. Coordinated with HS and MS to insure a smooth transition for students entering and leaving the program. Chair of HS school improvement team for two years.
