We are a licensed general contractor that can do anything from foundations to roof and everything in-between. We specialize in hospitality and commercial properties. We also work on Onity locking systems. With a sister company, Warrick Group LLC in Charleston South Carolina, we are licensed in all of the South Eastern United States from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, N & S Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia.

Regional Asset Manager for 71 hotels covering all of Florida, South Carolina and East Tennessee. I also do all the training for the maintenance engineers at all sites, and do the annual engineer evaluations along with the site surveys for each hotel. I also maintain all the mechanicals and the vendors who work on them. We are now useing Work Oasis as a tracking/invoicing program for our vendors. Recently, Extended Stay has undertaken an unpresidented refresh/renovation program. As part of this team, I am able to be a project manager for exterior paints and reclading of hotels. I also participate in the interior renovation as a consultant for repairs needed that were not originally part of the scope of work. Also participate in the punching of newly renovatied areas before they are handed back to the hotel control. This is truly one of the best and most rewarding postions I have held and I have great pride in my company and the work that I able to accomplish.

was the Maintenance Engineer. While on site I helped with the renovation of 2006, maintained the Gold Medallion Preventative Maintenace program. I also assisted the Regional Asset manager at the time by looking at repairs and corrdinated with vendors on his behave. towards the transition from engineer to Regional Asset Manager I went to all the sites to get to know the other engineers and tried to get them to follow the proceedures for the PM program. Once I made the transition to Regional Asset Manager, this particular hotel also come under my direction.

Was the Engineer for a 3 buidling Homestead exterior hotel. I went through and completely maintianed all 132 rooms and got the Preventative Maintenance program back on track. was then moved to the Extended Stay Deluxe in the winter to maintain that one. I am now the Regional Asset Manager for this particular hotel under my region of 51 hotels.

Building facilities manager for 4 dealerships; BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Buick. Also had a 133,000 sqft service bay. This was a very challenging postion that had great owner support. I was able to maintain a brand new service and sales area as well as older buildings, each having a different set of problems along the way. Building maintenance for Corporate headquarters and Distribution center. Over saw night cleaning crew. This was where I cut my teeth in the facilty areana. I was able to learn how to deal with work crews, scheduling. This was a 16 year long part time job. I want to thank Behler Young for allowing me the opportunity to work for a great family and company. They truly let me learn things the hard way but in the end, It was the best way at such a young age and no experience.
