The voluntary Lifeguard Organization of Roermond, is a semi-professional rescue team which can offer:- Prevention- Supervison on the lakes- Supervision on the beaches- Repression during Competitions and Events- Dive support- Support during flood- Support on other Rescue organizations

Main tasks and responsibilities:- Process Engineer (see below)- Managing a team of 7 Engineers, allocated to multiple customers in the consumer electronics supply chain business- Resource- vs. Project planning- Management reporting

Main tasks and responsibilities:- Design of logistics processes based on specifications and requirements of internal and external customers using a variety of logistics analysis techniques- Optimization of existing logistics processes- Support of Request For Quotations for existing or new customers- Testing of new logisctics or IT -processes- Creation of IT specifications- Preparation of project / process procedures- Communicating with customers and collegues at various levels and various departments- Creation of cost-benefit analysis- Project management: initiate, plan, manage, supervise, control and monitor the progress of projects and / or logistics projects- Calculation and maintenance of project costs- Data maintenance, control and reporting- Operational training of employees

Main tasks and responsibilities:- Planning of all transportation to / from remote sites- Collection and delivery of internal and external information- Managing the various constraints, such as closing times, driving times and rest periods- Creation of transport documents- Creation of KPI reportings- Communication of between Flextronics Global Services, the carriers and customers

Main tasks and responsibilities:- Daily organisation of shuttle transport within the Flextronics Campus (between multiple plants)- Weekly resourceplanning- Control of 6 FTE (Tugmasters)- Monthly financial reporting- Supervision and control of transmigrations

Creation of Masterplan Logistics:- Introduce Cradle2Cradle methods in the logistics- Setup routing plan through the festival area- Create high-level supply planning for catering and retail- Waste management- Setup MHE proposal taking Cradle2Cradle elements into account- Design of (un)loading docks build with natural elements

Project: Decrease the number of FTE of the Logistics dept. with 50%- Centralization of inventory- Usage multitaskers instead of specialists- Setup new internal order management strategy
