My role was to maximise the conversion rate and profit margins on all sales enquiries. Sales enquiries which came into the department through a number of different channels. I was required to initiate, adapt and deploy sales techniques catered to a wide range of individuals and groups. Establishing budgets, upselling, switch selling and guiding the customer to the product/s that led to the optimum revenue return for the company.
