Tom has operated business with combined revenues in excess of a billion dollars and more than 500 locations as diverse as The Hollywood Bowl, Disney Land, The Metropolitan Opera, LACMA, Madison Square Garden, Rockefeller Center, The Mall of The Emirates and Heathrow Airport in addition to creating concepts in a number of the worlds leading hotels and resorts such as The Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Montage, Le Meridien, Hyatt, JW Marriott, Hilton, & Fairmont. Tom has lived in and operated consumer and hospitality businesses spanning North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
