QGC LNG Gathering Project Surat basin QLD.Installation of networked pipelines connecting gas well pads and field compression stations throughout the Surat basin.In this role I accomplished the following:• Worked and coordinated Safety advisory duties as part of an extensive team across the Surat Basin.• As a QGC PTW(Permit to work) Holder Advised construction team members on high risk activities such as Hydro and Pneumatic testing of Gas lines as well as live gas “Tie Ins”.• Conducted qualitative incident investigation outcomes as a lead investigator and prescribed affective preventative and corrective actions which were communicated and implemented by the construction team.(INX Safety system Platform)• Conducted observations and interactions with work groups by verbally engaging individuals at risk, advising them and allowing them to take ownership of their safety. GLNG Gas Transmission Pipeline Project Management Team Narrows Gladstone QLDThe Gas Transmission Pipeline (GTP) for the GLNG Project is approximately 420 km in length and has been designed to transport gas from the Coal Seam Gas. It forms part of the overall GLNG project valued at 18.5 Billion.The project is a joint-venture between SANTOS and three of the world's largest energy companies, PETRONAS, TOTAL and KOGAS. This is a word first marquee gas pipeline project in that the 1050mm pipeline was thrust through a segmented tunnel excavated by a Tunnel Boring Machine from the mainland to Curtis Island whilst it is flooded. Saipem Pty Ltd have been engaged as the pipeline EPC. Thiess Pty Ltd have been engaged as their tunneling subcontractor.As a client representative I ensured that GLNG Pipeline HSS requirements and recommendations were implemented by the EPC and its Subcontractors following audits, inspections and observations undertaken. .
