CurrentTom Dippel is a senior member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group. He is responsible for managing relationships with private equity firms, credit funds and other alternative investors focused on buyouts, growth equity, special situations and distressed credit. In addition, Tom launched the firm’s coverage of Sustainability, Impact and Energy Transition investors pursuing decarbonization, environmental sustainability and socially-oriented strategies. Tom has over 30 years of experience as an investment banker, primarily in M&A and alternative investments. Throughout his career, he has advised financial sponsors, publicly traded companies and private business owners in North America and Europe. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Tom was a Managing Director and COO of The Nassau Group, a corporate strategy and M&A advisory firm with specific industry expertise in industrial and environmental technologies and services.
