Project leader for disaster recovery. Responsible for identifying business critical applications, documenting recovery procedures, coordinating and managing disaster recovery exercise and reporting to upper management. Mixed environment of Linux and Windows servers on VMARE, Oracle, MS-SQL and IBM databases. Liaison between development, quality assurance, operations, business and management. Provide system administration support for development and production environments. Provide support for SQL infrastructure which includes programming, installation, system monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting issues in a high availability environment. Optimize database performance, database upgrades, and/or migrations. Provide SQL performance tuning and capacity planning/management. Expertly oversee database architecture, development and maintenance are properly executed, ensuring systems run at peak performance with no issues. Provide 24x7 production support.
