Through this platform, data from all applications can now be thought of holistically, whereas in the past, it could only communicate via clumsy file, batch processing. Here are the highlights of the platform’s functionality:• Created an AWS ecosystem that is connecting Workday (SAAS Financials and HR) to PeopleSoft (Legacy on premise ERP) to Adaptive (SAAS Budgeting and Forecasting) to Procore (SAAS Construction Management) to Coupa (SAAS Non-Cogs Procurement) and to on-premise, home grown Wholefoods solutions all via a mixture of vendor APIs, legacy connectors, and AWS components including Lambda, API Gateway, Amplify, Aurora Serverless, SQS, and Dynamo DB.• Created a custom tax engine API using AWS Lambda (python), API Gateway, and Dynamo DB that can be called by Coupa with an invoice payload and return line by line tax information based on state, commodity code, and numerous custom tax rules. The tax engine also does a return API call to Coupa, via lambda, to update various invoice data. Comes with a web-based user interface written in React JS and Amplify that allows the tax professional to adjust the tax rules themselves.• Converted an invoice viewer system that used MS SQL Server and an on-premise web server to be completely serverless using Aurora My SQL Serverless, S3, and Lambda. This saved the companies a large amount of money because they could decommission servers that contained millions of images and were able to discontinue their MS SQL server license.• Created dozens of Workday integrations using AWS Lambda that communicates with Workday’s SOAP and Rest APIs. -
