Overall responsible for $230MM in annual revenue in the Arizona Contract. Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer at the Centurion Corporate Office. Centurion has been providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) since July 2019. Centurion provides services in 10 of the Arizona State Prison Complexes and three work release/work camps. These complexes/facilities are comprised of 55 units caring for over 33,700 residents per day. All Arizona State Prisons are accredited by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC). With over 1,300 FTEs, Arizona is the second largest program in the Centurion system, only behind Florida.

California, United States

Overall responsible for $193MM in annual revenue in California. Report directly to Chief Operating Officer at the Wellpath Corporate Office. The California contracts consist of 33 county jail facilities with individual contracts for each facility. The California region serves over 29,000 patients.

Idaho And Wyoming

The Idaho contract is a comprehensive healthcare services agreement to provide all phases of health care in 14 prison healthcare units for the Idaho Department of Corrections (IDOC) with annual revenue of $45MM. The Wyoming contract includes comprehensive healthcare services in 6 prison healthcare units for the Wyoming Department of Corrections (WYDOC) with annual revenue of $25MM.

Alabama, United States

(Flowers Hospital, Dothan, Alabama) A 235-bed Community hospital located in Southeast Alabama with annual revenues of $817 million and net revenues of $188 million. Flowers Hospital has 1,100 employees, 250 medical staff members. Annual admissions are 12,500 with 1,200 births, 33,000 ER visits, 19,000 surgery cases (6,800 inpatient & 12,200 outpatient), and 55,500 patient days. This facility was sold to Community Health Systems with the other Triad Hospitals.
