Growing up around the construction industry, Tom’s introduction to construction was through hands on field experience. He began his career at Doogan Construction Inc. in 1985. In 1996, Tom was fortunate to have the opportunity to move to the Roaring Fork Valley to refine his construction management techniques and skills. Tom is an experienced and effective leader with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, appropriately allocate resources and delegate responsibilities in order to maximize productivity and increase morale. He has the ability to foster a positive team environment and significantly contributes to the overall success of each project. He was part of the team that worked on the Timken Family Residence in Canton, Ohio which won first place for historical preservation.
