Supervises Campus Services; includes Guest Service Employees, Transport, Medical Equipment, gift shop and volunteersAdjusting timecards, actively documenting in performance logs and conducts regular staff rounding, thank you notes and recognition.Assign, direct and redirect workflows to meet daily hospital and department needs.Ensure staff is performing downtime activities during slow times. Ensure employees have the tools they need to successfully perform their work.Monitor existing Equipment, Transport, Volunteer & Guest Service department’s workflow, processes and procedures to ensure work is completed as effectively as possible. Collaborate w/ Manager to adjust workflows, as needed.Monitor Excellian program and Excellian and BOE reports to ensure Transport/equipment staff productivity is at defined levels.

•I provide support in the transferring of and transporting patients, equipment, medical records, materials distribution products, labs and blood products•Multiple different downtime tasks performed to make efficient use of downtime and provide assistance to patient care areas.•Advocates for the patient and family to support patient/family rights and needs•Excellent customer service approach in care and interactions with others, as well as communication, awareness and attendance•Super User Committee Lead for safe patient movement in training of staff to help prevent injuries and safe transfers.•Preceptor: Teaching new hires during their orientation on safety equipment and coordinate with staff/leadership on safe patient movement.
