CurrentTom Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with his brother, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall in 2017. Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Buyer Representative team, sourcing and selling land tracts across Houston and in select cities across the State of Texas. Since 2012, Tom has participated in over $1 billion in land transactions gaining invaluable experience locating on and off-market urban redevelopment and suburban land development opportunities.Before co-founding DMRE, Tom was a Principal of the ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. While at ARA Newmark, Tom played a key role in growing total production from less than $400 million to more than $1 billion in a three-year period. Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Tom worked in investment banking for a Houston based firm focusing on mergers and acquisitions of oilfield service companies.Tom has been involved in a number of notable transactions including representing: Hines in assembling three tracts of land for them to purchase 1.1 acres to build their Southmore High-Rise in the Museum District; Caydon in their purchase of a 50,000 square foot block to build a high-rise in Midtown; and Brookdale in their purchase of approximately 36,000 square feet to develop a high-rise in Rice Village; and TCR in their purchase of 5 acres in the Lower Heights Development. Tom has also been involved in representing clients on a number of suburban transactions: Alliance in their developments in Sierra Pines, Harmony, WoodMill Creek and Parkwest; Oden Hughes in their land purchases in Spring and Katy; and Hines in Lake Houston, Cypress, and Klein.Tom graduated with honors in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate broker.
