Cyber Security Manager at PwC. Tom transferred to the US firm in 2022, working out of the NYC Office. While in the US, Tom has worked extensively in SOX ITGC and SOC1/2 regulatory compliance for large healthcare clients, assisting management in preparation for both internal and external audits. Tom has built experience in the management of cyber security to meet risk and compliance objectives. Tom's legal education means he is uniquely placed to understand compliance and best practice requirements. He has supported his clients uplifting cyber security risk management practices and conducting cyber security risk assessments and control maturity assessments aligned to ISO 27001, NIST CSF and the AESCSF. Tom has worked extensively on cyber security awareness and training programs, helping his clients to uplift the cyber awareness, knowledge and security culture of their workforce. He has built a strong ability to develop cyber awareness training methods which have a measurable impact on cyber behaviours.Additionally, Tom has experience with development of cyber strategy and roadmap implementation, third party risk assessments and cyber resilience.Tom graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Laws.
